Candidate should be a Any Graduates from a recognized university.
Under general supervision, the Order Management Associate is responsible for acurately transcribing paper/fax and EDI (electronic data interchange) customer purchase orders into TE SAP system.
The position also receives request for quotations from customers and processes the same using TE SAP system.
The executive is also responsible for making modifications to orders based on customer requirements.
Secondary objectives of this position include update customer websites and portals and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Manual Order Entry - Transcription and entry of paper/fax customer purchase orders into TE SAP order management system.
Completely and accurately enter all relevant purchase order data elements including part numbers, shipping and billing information, and any special instructions.
Orders are to be created per documented work instructions.
Utilize TE Knowledge Base to resolvetechnical/procedural issues while doing the daily task.
Quotations – Receive inbound quotation requests from customer and sales.
Generate standard quotes using TE SAP System.
Send quotes via email to customers and sales.
Order Changes – Make changes to existing sales orders in TE SAP System based on requests from CSR, customers and sales.
Utilize knowledge base to understand individual customer contractual conditions for change orders.
Make decisions on accepting, rejecting or modifying requests for change orders.
Support of e-commerce systems including forecasting customer demand, update customer website with information and reports generated from TE SAP System.
General administrative support including fax dispatch and routing (from Faxcom servers), PO Scanning and Indexing, SAP and BI report generation as required.
